Team Roster Form for Annual Memberships

 Anglers must have active memberships for (1)  B.A.S.S., (2) B.A.S.S. Nation, and (3) Kentucky B.A.S.S. Nation.  Head Coaches for each chapter should use the following blank Team Roster form and send payment for B.A.S.S. Nation, and Kentucky B.A.S.S. Nation to Greg Marshall.
